FROZEN GARDEN BLANKET CROCHET PATTERN

One morning I woke up to a silent, white world of early frost. My garden was suddenly still and frozen in time. I was mesmerized by it's melancholic beauty, as my gardenias were sending me the last goodbye till spring...

I decided to create a blanket that would capture the serene sadness of the frosted leaves and petals, in the palette of soft, cool muted colors where pale shades of sage and dusty blue would mimic the frozen leaves and the winter sky.
