PERIWINKLE BLANKET CROCHET PATTERN & VIDEO

The fringe is optional, but this blanket is a MUST HAVE!

PERIWINKLE BLANKET is a continuous crochet (not separate flower motifs). Each row of flowers is made of two rows of stitches, so there’s no frequent yarn cuts and knots.

Crocheting this blanket is easy and simple: as soon as you master the first couple of flowers, the rest will be relaxing and repetitive.

💙The blanket is very easy to scale up or down to the size you need

YOU WILL NEED:

💙Yarn worsted weight ( I used Red Heart Super Saver), in shades of blue

💙Crochet hook 5.0 mm

For the blanket size 40” x 30” (102 cm x 76.5 cm) you will need the total of

26 oz (740 g) or 1350 yd (1235 m) of yarn.

(This is the total amount of yarn used. For the 4 colors striped blanket divide the total amount of yarn by the number of the colors you would like to use.

In the case of 4 colors (as pictured) you will need about 1 skein of each color ( 7 oz/198 g 364 yd/333m each skein).

You can make the blanket with the fringe or without the fringe - it will be a stunning beauty anyway :)
